Our Services

We offer flexible pick-up services for all recyclable materials, ensuring that your items are collected promptly and efficiently from your location. This service is designed to make recycling hassle-free for our customers.

 

Recycling pickup: Basic Service - $20 pickup ($30 Halfmoon bay - Pender harbour) for 44 gallon bag provided by us. $10 per additional bags.

Fill provided bags with household materials destined for the recycling depot. No sorting required. Simple and easy. Leave at your curb or pre-determined location. If you have recycling bins, feel free to use them and we will empty and leave bags for the next pickup. 

​Green waste Removal: $60 per pickup: place in tarp if available. Contact us to drop a tarp off with $20 refundable deposit. 

Acceptable items:

• Tree and hedge prunings up to 20 cm (8″) in diameter

• Garden plants

• Grass clippings

• Pine needles and cones

• Windfall fruit (or can go in your food waste/green bin)

Unacceptable items are:

• Dead animals

• Dirt

• Logs

• Sod

• Stones

• Stumps

• Trees (except Christmas trees, which are accepted in January each year)

• *Knotweeds

• *Leafy Spurge

Scrap Metal Removal: $80 per pickup. This includes scrap metal that is not accepted at the local recycling facility. This could include bicycles, outdoor furniture, sinks, batteries, car parts, not sure just ask!

Property Management: We offer a range of full service long and short term property management services including advertising your rental property. Interviewing and background checks of prospective tenants. Completing documentation required by the Residential Tenancy Act. Rent Collection and tenant management. Vacation home checks.
